It's getting very close to that certain time of the year when horror fans really enter into the spirit of this famous festival, with all-night movie marathons taking them beyond the witching hour where the powers of darkness hold sway. I'll be doing my little bit with a series of posts involving films, books and haunted locations.
If, like me, you have a special fondness for John Carpenter's classic HALLOWEEN, head on over to Jeremy Richey's Moon In The Gutter blog where he's already underway on a rather special tribute to this film. http://mooninthegutter.blogspot.com/
Also highly recommended is Jeremy's new blog on Jean Rollin, titled Fascination: The Jean Rollin Experience. http://requiemforjeanrollin.blogspot.com/
I do like what Jeremy's doing with his blogging.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see what you do here to celebrate Halloween. I always love this time of year.
Yes, Jeremy's doing some great stuff with Moon and his Rollin blog.Always worth checking daily, I'd say.
ReplyDeleteGot some ideas for Halloween stuff, though available time will dictate how much I'm able to do.Our county of Derbyshire is steeped in supernatural lore, so plenty of interest this time of year.
Thanks so much Steve for your continuing support. You and the few other loyal readers I have (like Keith) really do make it all worthwhile.
ReplyDeleteNo problem, Jeremy. Keep up the excellent work!
